虐童案背后的反思：我国学前教育的危机与对策

| “携程亲子园”以及北京“红黄蓝”幼儿园虐童事件的发生，再一次引发全社会对幼儿安全教育的关注。儿童，作为人类生命的延续而存在，是一个国家的希望和未来。处于儿童阶段的孩子，他们的身体、智力都正值成长的关键期，理应得到社会的保护。然而，一起又一起的虐童事件在我国的频繁发生，让人震惊与愤怒。偶然事件实则蕴蔵着必然性，虐童案的发生，根源还是正规幼儿教师数量偏少、质量偏低以及幼儿园数量的严重缺口。虐童事件持续不断地曝光，也从侧面反映了幼儿保护政策、预防措施不到位。政府应该加大公办幼儿园的建设力度并积极鼓励非师范本科以上毕业生投入到幼儿教育的事业并从法律法规制定、监督体制完善、管理者技能培训等多方面入手，防止“虐童案”悲剧的再次发生。 |

| The occurrence of child abuse in "Ctrip Parent-child Park" and Beijing "Red Yellow Blue" kindergarten once again aroused the concern of the whole society for the safety education of preschool children. Child care is no small matter, especially when young children face serious threats to their own safety. Both the society and the government should make every effort to protect them. The root cause of child abuse cases is still due to the small number of kindergarten teachers, the low quality and the serious shortage of public kindergartens. Continued child abuse incidents re-exposure to the public before, but also from the side reflect the policy of child protection, precautionary measures are not in place. The government should increase the construction of public kindergartens and actively encourage non-normal college graduates to invest in early childhood education. At the same time, we should start from the aspects of laws and regulations, improve the supervision system and managerial skill training. Only this can prevent The recurrence of the tragedy of "child abuse case". |
