我国学前师资培养体系:变革、困境与优化

近年来学前教育事业快速发展对学前师资队伍提出了更高要求。为扩大幼儿教师数量和提升质量,学前师资培养是关键问题。我国学前师资培养体系经历变革更多元且层次分明,幼儿教师数量增长明显,质量也有很大提升,欠发达地区学前师资培养受到政策关注。然而,当前我国学前师资培养能力远不能满足现实需求,培养机构缺乏资质认证标准,培养机构系统与教师资格制度存在冲突,农村地区幼儿教师补充十分困难。为破解当前学前师资培养困境,需要进一步优化培养体系,健全相关体制机制,提升整体培养能力,完善相关标准和制度。

Pre-service Training System of Chinese Kindergarten Teachers:Innovation, Dilemma and Optimization

In recent years, China's early childhood education has made significant progress, which put forward higher requirement for kindergarten teacher education. In order to expand the quantity and improve the quality, pre-service training to become a key issue. The pre-service training system of Chinese kindergarten teachers has been reformed to become more multiple and open. The number of kindergarten teachers has increased obviously, and the quality also has been greatly improved. The problem of the rural kindergarten teachers has attracted more attention of the government and policy. However, at present, the ability of kindergarten teachers in our country cannot meet the realistic needs. The training institutions lack the qualification standard, and there are some conflicts between the training system and the teacher qualification system. The supplement of the kindergarten teachers in rural areas is still very difficult. In order to solve the dilemma, China needs to further optimize the pre-service training system for kindergarten teachers, to improve the overall ability of training, the relevant standards and systems, and the relevant institutional mechanisms to ensure the upgrading of kindergarten teachers quality.
